The Office Assistant is part of the finance team and reports to the VP Finance Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract negotiation and administration for
- Telecom solutions, office printers and copiers in co-operation with our IT department
- Postal and Parcel services
- Consumer payment solutions for our retail stores
- Coordination within the company of mail and parcel services.
- Assist in non-financial reporting requirements.
- Insurance administrative tasks
- Expense reports controls and administration
- Preparation and distribution of monthly financial reports
- Practical organisation of meetings with visitors and departmental meetings for several departments (IT, HR, Finance …)
- Travel administration and bookings for employees of Finance and other departments

Profiel kandidaat
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word
- Be multilingual with proficiency in Dutch, French and English (verbal and in writing)
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to details
- Be able to handle confidential information
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
- Be pro-active and show problem-solving skills
- Be open-minded, good team player
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities with a strong focus on deadlines
- Be able to work independently
